# Upload and deploy a smart contract

> Combine the upload and deploy commands in the Stellar CLI to accomplish both tasks

You can combine the `upload` and `deploy` commands of the Stellar CLI to accomplish both tasks:

```bash theme={"theme":{"light":"github-light","dark":"github-dark"}}
stellar contract deploy \
    --source S... \
    --network testnet \
    --wasm ../relative/path/to/soroban_contract.wasm
```
